Until Torque Off. Once again, a couple of drops and the rod came out clean! 

This individual was replacing his bumpers on his 2011 RAM truck.  He had already completed the rear, and struggled mightily removing the  15 year old rusted bumper bolts. On the front, he used Torque Off on one side as a test. He only waited 15 minutes. The Torque Off side was easily removed with a normal socket wrench, the untreated side required a cheater bar.
